Stationary Cap Style unit used on Cam Cleat and V Cleat flag poles. Fits flag pole shafts 2.5 in. in diameter. Cast aluminum with aluminum pulley. Attaches using 3 stainless steel set screws and tapped for 1/2 - 13NC or 5/8 X 11NC finial. Made in the USA. Painted to match all finishes except satin.
